1. Direct Admission - High school seniors with a high school GPA of 3.3 or higher. Nursing courses begin sophomore year at the university.

2. Early Admission - High school seniors with a high school GPA of 3.3 or higher. Nursing courses begin second semester of freshman year at the university. All prerequisite courses must be completed by the end of the first semester of the freshman year. Documentation of completed or planned AP credits and/or dual enrollment courses that fulfill prerequisite requirements must be provided.

3. General Admission - Current Cornerstone or incoming transfer students with a GPA of 2.75 or higher. Transfer students are encouraged to immediately apply to Cornerstone University to prevent delays in program start.
